Twisted K-theory and K-theory of Bundle Gerbes
In this note we introduce the notion of bundle gerbe K-theory and investigate the relation to twisted K-theory. We provide some examples. Possible applications of bundle gerbe K-theory to the classification of D-brane charges in nontrivial backgrounds are briefly discussed.

We present a version of twisted equivariant K-theory-K-twisted equivariant K-theory, and use Grothendieck differentials to compute the K -twisted equivariant K-theory of simple simply connected Lie groups. We did the calculation explicitly for SU(N) explicitly. The basic idea is to interpret an equivariant gerbe as an element of equivariant K-theory of degree 1.

In this paper we define twisted equivariantK-theory for actions of Lie groupoids. For a Bredon-compatible Lie groupoid G, this defines a periodic cohomology theory on the category of finite G-CW-complexes with G-stable projective bundles. A classification of these bundles is shown. We also obtain a completion theorem and apply these results to proper actions of groups.
